Market Update

Please take a look at the latest trends reported by National Association of Realtors. Clearly we need jobs to spur local economic activity and home prices. I think one factor that is not evident is that gas prices have come down about 80 cents per gallon in the last two weeks in the Ann Arbor area. My guess this has to do with upcoming November elections.
