Home and condo sales in March increased over February but were down from a year earlier, according to a March home sales report by MiRealSource.

• Sold: 673 homes and condos, up 116 from Feb., down 205 from March 2005.
  
  
• New Listings: 3,239 homes and condos, down 812 from Feb. and 819 from March 2005.
  
  
• Avg. List Price, House: $212,721 - up slightly from Feb., down $7,000 from a year ago.
  
  
• Avg. Sale Price, House: $169,245 - up $9,000 from Feb., down $13,000 from last year.
  
  
• Avg. List Price, Condo: $141,229 - up $3,500 from last year and unchanged from Feb.
  
  
• Avg. Sale Price, Condo: $115,009 - up $10,000 from Feb., down $24,000 from last March.
  
  
• Avg. DOM, Houses and Condos: 17, down 2 months from Feb. and 3 months from last year.
