Ann Arbor Real Estate- Update

We reviewed our week with Coach Bob Corcoran; revisited our plans and focused our energy on our goals. Hiring a business coach to help us implement some things has been painful and challenging. We are finding that like anything worthwhile, it takes effort. Bob was here for four days. We are in a buyers market and looked at some different strategies to deliver great service in this changing market. We agree that we will only get the same results if we continue doing the same things. We are adjusting marketing materials and looking for some additional talent. The saw is being sharpened and we will see the results with renewed sense of pride.

We had 2 buyers from the home buyer seminar who need mortgages on training wheels and one buyer who can begin looking in Ann Arbor. Since plant shut downs and summer vacations loom ahead, we will renew the Home buyer Seminars in September to be posted on the web site www.KathyToth.com and www.annarbor-homes.com.

We also are trying Overweb3D on the latter site with linking to VIP Buyer Program and Over The Net Evaluation and will measure response.

Other news this week is the debut of Vicki Larmee on House Hunters TV show through Home and Garden TV Network on June 22 at 10 pm. Please tune in.

Finally, one of our distinctive properties on Dixboro in Ann Arbor may be featured on Forbes.com next Monday June 19, 2006. They are doing a report about luxury homes in the Midwest. Stay tuned.
